Return and exchange policy 

We accept a return or exchange 15 days after purchasing the good. (The period in which you are entitled to return goods is counted from the day you received the goods).

If the following conditions are met:

– The products must be unused, complete with all tags attached and original packaging.

– Note we do not accept goods if they are damaged, worn or washed.

Please do not return goods unless you qualify under all of the above terms and conditions.

Once we receive the goods we will send you a new ítem or a refund.

If you wish to return your purchase, you must pay the cost of returning the goods to SUITE13LAB.

If you return the item, you do so at your own expense and risk. Send the goods as a parcel or in a strong envelope. When you return the goods, you are responsible for ensuring that the packaging is adequate. Remember to obtain proof of postage. Goods must be returned to following address:
