Confirmation

• The order is considered confirmed once we receive the payment.
• We work with UPS, so once is delivered we send tracking number.
• We deliver from Monday to Friday.

Delivery Times

• Spain and Portugal: 3-5 days
• Europe: 5-7 days
• Switzerland: 5-10 days
• Rest of countries: 8-15 days

Shipping Costs

We accept a return or exchange 15 days after purchasing the good. (The period in which you are entitled to return goods is counted from the day you received the goods).

If the following conditions are met:

– The products must be unused, complete with all tags attached and original packaging.

– Note we do not accept goods if they are damaged, worn or washed.

Please do not return goods unless you qualify under all of the above terms and conditions.

Once we receive the goods we will send you a new ítem or a refund.

If you wish to return your purchase, you must pay the cost of returning the goods to SUITE13LAB.

If you return the item, you do so at your own expense and risk. Send the goods as a parcel or in a strong envelope. When you return the goods, you are responsible for ensuring that the packaging is adequate. Remember to obtain proof of postage. Goods must be returned to following address:

Gift Cards & Discounts

If you have a Gift Card, gift code or discount coupon.

Redeem your gift code in four easy steps:

1. Add the goods you wish to purchase to your shopping basket.

2. When you have finished shopping, tick the “Use gift card/discount code” box on the shopping basket page.

3. Enter the discount code in the field below and then click UPDATE BASKET.

If the conditions for receiving a discount are met and you have entered the code correctly, you will see the discount deducted in the discount field. The discount will also have been deducted from the order sum. Click NEXT STEP. You cannot combine several discount or other codes in the discount code field on the shopping basket page.

If you have two different codes, you cannot use both on the same order in the webshop. If you are in Palma de Mallorca you can come to our store and show your gift card, it will be a pleasure to attend you and help you find your best look.
