RETURNS

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

Start your return through our online return portal using your order number and email address. Choose a prepaid label (€6.50 drop-off / €8.00 home pick-up, deducted from your refund) or arrange your own return shipping at your own cost.

Approved refunds go to your original payment method, a gift card, or a store discount code. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
